Computer Club

 Netcong Elementary School’s computer club meets twice a month. This year the meetings will be held on the first and third Monday of the month. The meeting starts at 2:50 pm and ends at 3:30 pm. The Computer Club is open to students in grades 5th through 8th. Students decide each week’s activity so that they are involved in activities that are of interest to them. Various past activities include a contest to design the new ice cream coupon using Microsoft Publisher, animation using Movie Maker software, and web page creation. Making buttons and cards are favorite computer club pastimes. The computer club offers students a forum to share their favorite computer pursuits with their friends. Each year we celebrate our success with an end of the year pizza party. Any student interested in joining, should pick up a permission slip in the computer lab. Students may join at any time throughout the year. Only those students with parental permission may stay. |
